Session Title: Innovating the Arts through Ensemble Building

Witness first hand how Cincinnati Shakespeare Company recruits and retains one of the few resident ensemble theatre companies in the nation and then parleys that ensemble onto its main stage and into the community through innovations in arts education and data collection. Join Executive Director, Jay Woffington (former P&G business exec and CEO of Possible Worldwide) and Artistic Associate, Jeremy Dubin (15-year company veteran actor, director, and teaching artist) for an inside look at the Company's newest innovation in arts education, PROJECT38, and cutting-edge data collection, an interactive workshop on ensemble building, and a Q&A with the director of the current main stage production. Participants will also receive discounted tickets to a special preview performance of The Complete History of America (abridged).
