At InfoTrust we've been able to grow from nothing in 2010 to a multi-million technology company in 2015. We are pending Inc 5000 recognition for 2014 that will come out in the Summer of 2015 at around 650% growth over the last 2 years, we are looking at another 100% growth in 2015. But most importantly we were able to grow two businesses - world-class web analytics services company and marketing technology SAAS startups with 0 outside capital. Through our neverending pursuit of learning, we recently had a priviledge of attending live training by John Mullins - London Business School professor, experienced entrepreneur and one of the foremost experts in the world on customer funded business models. This training was like a revelation for us because it put the name on our models and most importantly validated that not only our business models make sense, they have been the most successful in improving the odds in favor of entrepreneurs. At the end of the day, if you could have your clients provide you with cash vs. your investors, whose money would you take first? This presentation will consist of two parts: overview of InfoTrust vision and management practices and brief version of the presentation that Alex Yastrebenetsky heard at the London Business School about the models for having customers provide growth capital. We tell a story through our events, down to every detail. So we work with clients to create sticky messages and themes that communicate and inspire- only then do we start working on the design and mechanics of an event. 2) Because we’re communicators, we find that helping our clients communicate better actually serves our events, making them cohesive, consistent, and understandable. Designers with an eye for audience grasp of messaging are often frustrated because branding can be consistent throughout print materials, decor, and staging, but if the communicators themselves (the VPs, CEOs and VIPs on stage) fail at effective communication, all those efforts fall flat. So we actually train and coach speakers, and handle their slides to make events cohesive and high quality all the way through.

Session Title: Personalized Medicine is Changing Lives Every Day

Millions of Americans take antidepressant medications but they only work for 1 out of every 8 that take them. Personalized medicine, specifically Combinatorial Pharmacogenetics (GeneSight) from Assurex Health is helping thousands of people reclaim their lives every day. GeneSight is a genetic test that helps healthcare providers take a personalized approach to prescribing medicine for patients. Because genes influence the way a person’s body responds to specific medications, the medications may not work the same for everyone. Using DNA gathered with a simple cheek swab, GeneSight analyzes a patient’s genes and provides individualized information to help healthcare providers select medications that better match their patient’s genes. Assurex has grown from "4 people in a garage" to over 300 employees servicing over 100,000 patients per year in just a few short years.

The yin/yang of our brewing philosophy is hoppy/sessionable and we aim to brew beers where "the first sip calls for the third." We self-distribute our beer, which means each beer you drink in a bar or at a restaurant is poured directly from a keg that we delivered cold in our refrigerated vans (keep your eyes peeled for them around town). Fresh beer is tasty beer, and that’s our favorite kind.
