- Company Description Viva Bella Events is a new kind of event agency- we don’t simply organize events. We do two unique things in that space: 1) We design events from concept to execution. We tell a story through our events, down to every detail. So we work with clients to create sticky messages and themes that communicate and inspire- only then do we start working on the design and mechanics of an event. 2) Because we’re communicators, we find that helping our clients communicate better actually serves our events, making them cohesive, consistent, and understandable. Designers with an eye for audience grasp of messaging are often frustrated because branding can be consistent throughout print materials, decor, and staging, but if the communicators themselves (the VPs, CEOs and VIPs on stage) fail at effective communication, all those efforts fall flat. So we actually train and coach speakers, and handle their slides to make events cohesive and high quality all the way through.
